- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We guide the customer through the whole process of the work that will get done to take away any questions or worry that they may have. First we start off with a on site estimate and go over the work that needs to get done, then we send over an invoice descring the work that will get done and the total cost, then we send over a contract, and finally we start the project. We always try to make sure we meet the customers needs and expectations. At Clements Painting we take pride in our work its what helps us gain new clients.
