- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer two different price structures with 60 or 30 min sessions. Depending on fitness goals and client availability. 60min- $95/session 30min: $50/session Note: Each new client will receive a complementary 60 min consultation to discuss your health & fitness goals along w/ an initial assessment to measure movement and strength levels which will allow me to understand how we will reach your goals most effectively. *Pricing will very for at home training depending on location and training frequency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First session is a complementary 60 min consultation to discuss your health and fitness goals. Includes exercise history and background, dietary restrictions, injury history, interests/hobbies, limitations, etc. It will also include an initial assessment to measure your movement and strength levels allowing me to measure imbalances or limitations. With this information I will be able to recommend and individualize the best plan to reach your goals most effectively.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Personal Trainer with The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I have 8+ years of experience in the Health & Fitness Industry. Specialty Certifications: NASM: Corrective Exercise Specialist NASM: Behavioral Change Specialist NASM: Group Personal Training Specialist Pain-Free Performance Specialist Certification Additionally, I am First-Aid, CPR and AED certified.
