- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Classes are weekly for 55 minutes, and there are 47 classes in a calendar year. Tuition is annualized into an equal monthly payment of $165.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give us a call or send an email! You can also contact us through the website. We will answer any questions you may have and do our best to find a class that aligns with your family's needs!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Do Re Mi Academy Small Group lessons are best for children ages 4-14. (Violin begins at age 7, piano at age 4). Most children start at beginner level and progress through the curriculum over time. We do have higher level classes for children who have some instrument experience, and for these we schedule an assessment to determine the best level and class fit.
