Kay did an excellent job with our very complex wedding weekend. She worked with us before to finalize things with our venue, caterer and florist. Then she took over everything - including last details - with all vendors. And we had a ton of vendors and multiple venues to deal with. Including dancers, MC, DJ, Folk Bad, Quartet, etc. Everything went amazingly well and it was the best day of our lives (so far). She keeps her cool, won't get phased if her clients start freaking out (as it should be) and keep things in perspective. You aren't going to be able to get Kay in a panic state. Cool head. We highly recommend her for any event or wedding. 100%.

Hiring Kay to help with our wedding was probably the best decision we made throughout the whole process. She was awesome!!!!!! She helped me every step of the way, answered every possible question I could have had, gave me her honest opinion when I was making decisions, and she was a total rockstar the week before the wedding and the day of the wedding. The week before there wedding she handled talking to all my vendors so I could focus on other things, and on the day of she literally handled everything and made every step of the process run smoothly! I have no doubt in my mind that my wedding would not have been as amazing if Kay wasn't there. I will recommend her to everyone I know getting married for the rest of my life thats how good she was. Thank you Kay! I'm so grateful for everything you did to make our wedding perfect!

I would definitely choose Kay as a Wedding Planner. The reason I ended up didn't go for her is that my friend was helping me to plan the wedding. Anyway, Throughout the period, she was helpful and efficient with helping to plan. She would be a good helper. Recommend! :)

    I am a very organized person and love to plan events. I will always plan things in advance.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Corporate events, incentive travel for corporations, weddings, baby showers, birthday parties.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    It was an international corporate incentive trip for 200 people with 5 different locations. It was a challenge because of the different locations and the language barrier. One of the best trips of my career.
