Our programs are designed as structured transformation packages rather than pay-per-session training. Pricing reflects the full system — including personal training, customized nutrition guidance, data-driven coaching with metabolic tracking (Pro2Col), and our 10-day breakfast protocol. We do not offer discounts, as our focus is on delivering consistent, high-quality results. However, we do offer different program levels to suit your goals and commitment. Payment plans may be available for selected programs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to guide each client through a structured transformation journey. We begin with an initial consultation to understand your goals, current lifestyle, and any challenges you’ve faced in the past. From there, we recommend the most suitable program and create a personalized plan that combines personal training, customized nutrition guidance, and data-driven coaching using metabolic tracking (Pro2Col). Once you begin, we provide ongoing coaching, regular progress tracking, and accountability — including our 10-day breakfast protocol — to ensure you stay consistent and achieve measurable results. The focus is not just short-term change, but building a system that creates long-term transformation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in Nutrition Science from Stanford University and completed Executive Leadership training at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. I am also a Certified Health Coach. With over 28 years of experience in the wellness and fitness industry, I specialize in body transformation through a combination of personal training, nutrition strategy, and data-driven coaching. My approach integrates science-based methods with real-world coaching experience, including the use of metabolic tracking systems such as Pro2Col to deliver measurable, sustainable results.
