Michael Rothwell says, "First of all let me say this is NOT a scam. I've reviewed about 50 businesses on Google Maps. My photos speak for themselves but I was worried at first because Dima had an out-of-state phone number and i thought the website pictures with him (Dima) were A.I. But nope, it was Dima. I'm a lawyer. My WA bar number is 52823. And I swear on my law license this was the best detail I've ever had and also the cheapest! Please tip a minimum of $20 per car because Dima really works his tail off. He did a PHENOMENAL job on the car. I really wish i took a before picture of the interiors like another reviewer did. As for our interiors, just imagine a working soccer mom's car that hasn't been cleaned in 2 or 3 years. Hold that thought on your head when you see the flawless white interior he left us with. We just got the basic detail and I don't understand how he did it for well under $200 each car. I usually pay almost $300 per car ***when i drop them off***, not when somebody comes to my house! He worked on our 2 cars for well over 5 hours. Closer to 6 actually.Last week a Briercrest parent kinda hit and ran my parked car. I attached before and after pictures of that. Needless to say, I'm not even going to bother pursuing the matter because Dima did such a good job getting the paint and scratches off my car. Saved me a trip to the auto body shop for sure.Finally, one thing i personally don't like is a shiny, slippery, almost oily steering wheel after a detail. I forgot to warn him but he's a pro so my steering wheel grips perfectly and our cars don't have obnoxious chemical smells in them. This is what I call "dealership clean". Just like new. I rate Dima 5 stars plus a planet and a moon. !"See more

Fantastic service from Detail X Auto Detailing. My car definitely needed some love—it had been quite a while since it was last washed and cleaned inside and out. Communication was great from start to finish, and the detailer did an excellent job. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to clean every area of the vehicle. The interior came out looking great, and the exterior looks better than it has in a long time. The convenience of having the service come to my home made the whole process easy.
