I am thrilled that I found Mae with Amazing Events. I can genuinely say that she is Amazing.
I hosted a party for about 100 people and Mae came with a helper Dylan all prepared. They knew what to do without me telling them, they were always on top of things. During the event, both Mae and Dylan were engaged with the attendees, proactive, helpful, and had great energy. After the event, they helped me to clean up the place, wash dishes, and pack everything, and they even folded all tables and chairs.
I could not be happier with the service I've got and I will definitely hire them back for my future events.
We hired Mae and her team for a wedding of 400 guests, we wish we found them earlier because they provided so many wonderful services, we could’ve just gotten everything we needed from this wonderful company better than calling around it and checking out so many vendors we weren’t sure of.
They made some beautiful bouquets for the bride, the bridesmaid as well as the table flowers. They made an amazing flower structure for the ceremony, we even found it last minute, photographer and videographer at a reasonable price.
The 🍹Bartender was friendly and work quickly to make gorgeous 🍹cocktails and Mocktails
Her and her wonderful team or quickly to make sure everything was done on time, and it turned out beautifully, they even save the Day by providing extra table cloths that did not come in on time! And even prevented a huge disaster, where curtains were falling on the glass wear and candles!
They even build an amazing photo booth or people could take fun photos with incredibly beautiful memories.
We also use the Bartinder services, and we had so many beautiful and delicious drinks and didn’t even have any headaches the next day because of the quality of ingredients they chose, which I highly appreciate!
Highly recommend them😄 when we had problems (day of coordinator called in sick) we didn’t expect they stepped up and took care of the situation!

Amazing Events was terrific to work with. Mae responded promptly to my need and was able to meet it on somewhat short notice, when I realized I'd need waitstaff help for my in home Bridal Tea event. Hayley and Trista arrived on time, were dressed appropriately for the event, were attentive and quickly grasped what we'd done in preparation and what needed to be done. They dove right in, took initiative, were right on point with timing for heating food, putting out final items on the table, heating tea water, serving the heated frittatas, placing the fruit and pastries that they'd plated, etc etc. Lots of details they were on top of so that I could enjoy the party and attend to guests. They were friendly, subtle in their presence and proactive. I enjoyed working with them and would be happy to have their support and that of Amazing Events again. Thank you all!!

The food was amazing! Usually theres a few things on a course I’m not a huge fan of but with this meal it just kept getting better. From the flavors to the presentation, and to top it all off, the kindness of our wonderful server! We started off with this beautiful salad, it was so filling I couldn’t even finish it! For entrees we had a beautifully grilled lamb with rice (not sure if it was quinoa too) a nice lemon/zesty sauce and the carrots.. sweet & perfectly cooked! The best I’ve had in a long time. We ended the night with dessert, which was the most decadent white cheesecake topped off with raspberry sauce, chocolate syrup and raspberry macaroon!( it had this nice crunch to it aswell) Diamond was so sweet and even went out her way to capture our moment on camera. I would recommend this service to anybody and will definitely be working with them again. To our chef, you did amazing! Thank you so much

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been a performer. I have sang and danced professionally and taught dance choreography. But I’ve also worked Marketing, and design. But also in bars/clubs as a bartender/mixologist as well as the event promoter for shows. And I thought it would be just so much fun if I could help make parties better for people! There so many smaller to big events that are more private but also amazing their own way that we could customize for our clients to have the most amazing and spectacular memory!

We have have worked with birthday parties, weddings, Corporate parties, bachelorette/bachelor party, Baby showers, Gender reveal parties, Holiday parties, Sports parties, snd Pool parties!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently did a wedding of about 200 people with a theme of flowers, and greenery. Along with fairy like wonder. It’s absolutely beautiful with colors of red pink and white with accents of green, and golden there was lights everywhere as well as beautiful balloon structures with sparkly and beautiful backdrops that made it seem like we were in another world!
The lasers and the real glass disco ball really made the whole place magical!
We also made some amazingly beautiful cocktails that matched the event. Light Pink with flowers, as well as red with flowers. I also made an amazing Bellini cocktail which had rosemary blueberry a little bit dragon fruit juice.
The bartenders wore floral Outfits that were absolutely amazing, Really matched the event. The whole thing turned out so beautifully it was like we were in a fairytale.
