Ryan Kramer has bartended four or five dinner parties that iv'e hosted and attended, and he's blown my socks off every time with both new drinks and the tried and true. From Olivetos to Artichoke Sours, Damn. This guy is a student of the taste bud, and its clear that he loves what he does. ill be asking him back to bartend for sure.

Ryan was the bartender at a dinner party I was at a week ago. He came up with such interesting, unique, yet classic versions of my favorite cocktails- whiskey sours with just the right addition of bitters. A bartender who knows how to properly use egg whites and bitters in cocktails and make them taste delicious and fresh is a keeper in my book. He didn't have a very big space, so the set up was kind of cramped, but that aside, it was great. I'd love to have him bartend for us again.
