A true asset when working on an old house that has its quirks. He was punctual and productive each and every day. He was able to stop water from getting into the basement, added a room, stairwell landing, doors to separate the basement from the rest of the house, plumbing for a kitchen, new flooring, and a good amount of electrical reconfiguring. My budget didn't allow for me to completely finish the project but I know that Rob will be the first person I call once I'm ready to do so.
