It had been quite stressful for us, as our bathroom experienced a leak. We had invited many contractors to work on it; but none could get it done. We then stuck upon Puzzle Construction Group. They quickly discovered the problem, explained what was to be done, and fixed the issue. In addition to it, they also updated our shower and tiles, and the bathroom looks great. They were respectful, organized, and fair. We are very pleased with what has been done!

The PCG team re-tiled our shower walls, added a niche, and installed new fixtures for our bathroom. We were very fortunate to have worked with Raman and his team: Jack and Vladimir. During demo, mold was uncovered, and it was treated swiftly, with little additional work. The niche was installed exactly as we wanted. We're so glad about this option. There was a period when this version of a review had given the project 4/5 stars. We had a couple of snafus, but the PCG group immediately set out to rectify any issues we raised. We want to especially give a shout-out to the project manager Raman, who truly listened to our concerns and made time for visits with us in person. The team was great at responding to our needs; they prioritized our concerns. We felt respected and engaged in the process, and the end result looks gorgeous.

Our pricing is transparent and based on the actual scope of work, materials, and site conditions. We provide detailed written estimates after an on-site visit so there are no surprises. We don’t charge for estimates, and we help clients choose materials that fit their budget.
