Sea renovation just finished a project for us in Kirkland area. The project involves new tiles, dry wall in the laundry room, paint, hook up sink and laundry appliances, building stairs to garage, insulation in the crawl space. It was a real pleasure to work with them. Our project manager was Gil. He was very professional and courteous and extremely timely. They finished the whole project in 2 days while I'm not in the area. Other quotes I got promised 2-3 weeks for the same project. During the process, Gil kept communication open on process and progress. Every step from getting quotes to construction to payment is quick and smooth and accommodating. I'll certainly go back to them when I'm ready for more renovations.
