This is the second time I have used them. Ben was so courteous and helpful. Having recently undergone a cancer surgery I was unable to move anything out of the room. Ben did it all for me! These people really work hard. They thoroughly vaccuum the carpet, (not an easy task, I have 4 cats) then clean and deordorize it, then rake it to get the fibers refreshed and standing up. Carpets look and smell great. What I like about Be Green is that their cleaner is safe for pets; it has no harsh chemicals. What I like most about Be Green is how friendly and helpful their employees are. I did upgrade and get the stain shield, my carpets are 7 years old and the original sealant has worn off. Still a deal!I have read multiple reviews where customers have complained about their carpets being left soaking wet. My carpets were not soaking wet; they were almost dry in 2 hours. I also read about pressure "up sells". The technician told me about the deordorizer and the stain repellent, quoted prices, but never tried to push or talk me into it. The tech was super nice, did a great job, worked very hard and was a pleasure to work with.

Ben cleaned the carpets in our new (but actually very old) house and they look AMAZING. He was very kind and professional, called to let us know when he would be here, and did an awesome job on some very gross carpets! I didnt take a before picture, but there were lots of stains and everything looked very dingy. Am including photos of the after!
