Did a mostly good job with cleaning. I'm happy with the results however a few things. 1. Constantly distracted on the phone and stepping away to take calls 2. Extremely aggressive for a review. It felt very hostile and I don't think a service provider should force people and not leave unless they get a review. Please work on this for future projects 3. I felt overcharged, $250 for the small area that was cleaned 6'x10' (smaller than a typical room), but I'm happy with the finished result.

Pros: the carpet looks great and they showed up in the time window specified. They communicated and were responsive in coordinating beforehand. Cons: ended up adding services when they arrived and the cost was much higher than the estimate, part of that is on me for not understanding what was needed but wish there was more transparency and communication around the options and what was needed ahead of time.

Never showed up to the initial scheduled cleaning. Rescheduled for another date and time and never showed up again. Both times I gave an hour oh so grace period. Just disappointed because I had to waste time waiting around when I have other errands to run
