I got to know William when I first contacted him for a carpet stretching job. He did such an excellent job that I asked if he could handle a full-house carpet installation as well. He provided a quote that was significantly lower than other companies, and the carpet quality was actually much better. During the installation, William went the extra mile on the stairs and upgraded them to a more luxurious look instead of the old waterfall style. Once the job was completed, he made sure we were completely satisfied before finishing up. William is truly kind, hardworking, and professional. I highly recommend him!
