Will was great. He was quick to schedule a time to come look at the room that needed carpet replacement. Once he was there, he was able to quickly investigate what kind of carpet and pad I have and came up with a plan. I had other companies bid on this work, some of which were the big box companies, but they were very focused on upselling me. Will gave me a fair price for what I wanted. He had samples available and did an excellent job quickly identifying a carpet that would flow with the rest of the house. All in all, it took about 20 minutes of my time. After the initial visit, he came back on Saturday to do the old carpet removal and prep (which included kilz due to pet damage on the subfloor, and then returned on Sunday to install. I’m still impressed that the whole process was like 90 minutes, from the 20 min initial meeting, 30 min removal, and 30 min install. Photos: 1) pet damaged floor 2) after a professional cleaning (staining and smell still), 3) after Will and his brother removed and kilz, 4) new carpet. So happy!
