We offer drop-off catering and provide all you need for a great event: the food, compostable plates, bowls, and utensils. We can provide chafer sets for keeping the food hot.
We offer a carefully curated menu that is inclusive of all major diets: halal, vegan, gluten free, and dairy free options.
There's no overwhelming choices to make - just a vetted crowd pleasing menu. It's comfort food that will leave your guests bellies and hearts full.
All we need from you is an estimated headcount and rough breakout of folks with dietary restrictions. Any additional information about what style of event you're going for is helpful. Then we'll handle it from there, providing you with hassle free and accurate estimates.

About Our Chef:
Chef Selma's hearty and flavorful dishes are inspired by her Bosnian heritage and international exposure.
After fleeing the war in Bosnia, Selma became a refugee in Germany for 7 years before obtaining asylum in the US.
Her cuisine will transport you to Europe and surprise with ingredients from around the world.

We ordered 4 dishes, appetizer and dessert. The pickup took about 10 mins. Bosnian cheese pie was dry, all dough, no filling in most of the pie plus it was lacking salt. Chicken paprikash was tasty but not sure that it was authentic of anything. It was a chicken breast served on top of mashed potatoes topped with roasted peppers. It was missing sauce usually found in paprikash. Slatki kupus or cabbage was supposed to be vegetarian dish but it wasnt. It had two tiny pieces of meat. We prefer non-vegetarian version of this dish so either way it was disappointing. The bread it came with did not have any salt, so tasteless. Additionally it was way too soupy. Cufte (meatballs) and pasta dinner - pasta and sauce were delicious like Olive Garden alfredo sauce but meatballs could not be called meat balls. There was too much filler and they were too soft not tasting like anything meaty. Beach dogs were ok, I think they were too big and bread was not properly risen. Top it off with strawberry cream cake, the cake base was so dry like a cardboard. No cream or strawberries on top could make it palatable. I really wanted to like this place but we are not ordering from here again.

I am always impressed with the efforts made to provide delicious homemade food from scratch. It is obvious you really care about the quality of your food and the overall experience of your customers. I started buying coffee from you online and am enjoying testing out the different flavors. So far Honduras is my favorite. The aroma when it arrives is amazing and it wafts out of the mailbox. The coffees are all full bodied and have definite differences in the flavors.Job well done on expanding your food business to include great coffees and merchandise that compliments your love of your birthplace. Thanks for sharing it with this American who grew up in Europe, it brings back some great memories!

I am very happy we were recommended by a friend to buy food, that's similar to our native Bulgarian food.I ordered for our twins 4th birthday. We had to change order in the last moment, we weren't able to go and pick up it ... But Selma handled all graciously- with emphaty and understanding , and she even came to deliver it to our place we were celebrated! The food was giant burek and my guests loved it and it was the main dish , that had been quickly eaten. Great quality and service for the price! We also tested another dishes from Baked in Bosna while visited a friend. It's like the taste of my childhood!This comming birthday I definitely will order more, and would love to invite her oficialy with her sweet family to be our guests. Sorry that I didn't arrange an invitation for the previous birthday.Also the online ordering is easy and convenient.Wishing to Selma and her business Selma all the best!
