This is the second time I have hired Bonnie in the last year and she's THE BEST I've worked with. She catered our large BBQ/dinner party and grilled unbelievable ribs and made side dishes that all the guests were raving about. I'm pretty sure she ran out of business cards at the end because everyone kept asking her for her contact info. Would DEFINITELY recommend without hesitation. She is the best thing that happened to my wife and I. I play professional football and she makes life easier by understanding why I need to keep my body functioning at a high level. She adjusted to my needs because of the restrictions I have with my diet. She's so easy to deal with . And she just had cater for my family function where I had 30 plus people! Bonnie is wonderful to work with. She was highly efficient and answered all my questions immediately and in a prompt manner. Bonnie really turned it on catering my 30th birthday in October. I had friends and family visit from all over the US and they were very impressed by the array of delicious food on offer. As a business owner we have been referring Bonnie to our clients for months since we first discovered her. She has experience that ranges from wine pairing knowledge to high end catering experience. However, she is also able to meet the needs of all of our clients...no matter how complicated or simple that they request. We consistently get compliments on food for parties that she caters...and I find myself constantly saying "it isn't us but is our preferred caterer." Bonnie has been catering my family holiday party for the past four years. Each year we have a small party of 10-15 people where we serve unique hors d'oeuvres and specialty cocktails, and every year I am continually amazed and impressed by Bonnie's creativity with the menu and drinks. Last year she wowed my guests with a diverse menu of specialty cheeses with perfectly paired spreads, a range of homemade dips, unique salads, and a variety of hot options (meatballs, stuffed mushrooms, Korean BBQ wings, etc.). In addition to serving some of the most amazing food I have ever had the treat to eat, Bonnie is professional, timely, and responds well to the needs of the client. I cannot recommend her services highly enough and hope that you too can benefit from her great attitude, excellent cooking, and professional manner. I believe she has also trained with some of the best chefs in the world and this certainly shows in her techniques! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1. Provide initial quote. 2. Provide sample menu. 3. Once menu is approved by client, I send the first invoice for deposit. 4. Contact one week prior to event to confirm final details and head count. 5. One day before event provide final invoice. 6. Day of event cook amazing food for you and your guests to enjoy!
