In a nutshell, Pacific Northwest Catering went way beyond expectations for my son's rehearsal dinner. I cast a wide net in searching for a caterer with less than 2 months to spare before the event and Matt's company was one of the first to respond. Leading up to dinner, Matt met me at the venue and helped with food selection, placement of tables in a small space, ordering of the correct number and items for the rental equipment (tables, chairs, linen, china, glasses, all of it!) I made changes well within 2 weeks of the dinner date that was accommodated with no questions. It was pouring the night of the dinner but Matt and his staff were right there helping dry off the tables and chairs that got wet when delivered. His staff were very professional, well dressed, prompt, courteous, and friendly. The food was amazing. Appetizers, salad, prime rib, salmon, potatoes, sauteed veggies, and creme brulee. I don't know how he pulled it all off as there was only a refrigerator in the 'kitchen' but friends and family are still commenting on the delicious dinner and the amazing job that he did! Clean up was so thorough that the event coordinator at the winery was amazed that she'd only have to sweep up after we left. Whether or not you know what you're doing, I highly recommend this company for your event. They're very efficient, very mindful of your budget, and very good at what they do!

5 StarsPacific Northwest Catering provided food and dessert for our wedding March 28th, 2015. From the very beginning we were very impressed with how well Al stayed in communication with us. Especially for people getting married, it is usually a persons first go- round with a caterer. We did not always know the right questions to ask, but PNC walked us through everything. They were very flexible with the menu and options, even allowing us to add in Mac and Cheese, which was a huge hit at the wedding.When it came to the food- Rave worthy. I have had so many compliments on our BBQ theme. We had the pulled pork and chicken, baked potato salad, broccoli salad, and of course the mac and cheese for dinner. Everything was divine!We also had a mixture of mini and whole round pies for dessert. We offered Key Lime, A delicious crumbly apple, lemon meringue, and berry. All tasted amazing and were displayed beautifully. If I ever have a another major event I need catering for, I will definitely reach out to Al and PNC. Thanks guys!!

Everyone at my wedding was so impressed with Pacific Northwest Catering, the food was delicious, presentation was beautiful, and the servers were absolutely wonderful. Matt and Al were great to work with and were very quick to answer any questions I had and make any adjustments all the way up to the week if the wedding. The serving staff was phenomenal and I received a lot of feedback from guests on how great they were. I highly recommend!!

Pacific Northwest Catering did a phenomenal job! Al met me a couple weeks ahead of time at the event location and gave me advice on what we would need to make the party a success. He directed me on the number of table, linens, glasses, etc. to order. He planned the menu and even gave me tips on amounts to order based on type of party and number of guests. His employees were incredibly helpful and did a beautiful job on setup and execution! As soon as Al got to the event on day of (he could tell I was a bit stressed) I knew I had nothing more to worry about. Then there was the food - AMAZING!!! We were complimented by multiple guests on how wonderful the food and how impressed they were with the service. I would highly recommend Pacific Northwest Catering for any event!

    We specialize in corporate training and recognition events, plated and buffet auctions, on-site grilled bbq's from 25-2500, wedding receptions, movie and photo shoots, memorials, team and league end of the year events, dessert only events, bar mitzvahs, graduations, concessions, school lunch cafeteria, boat cruise, and private residence/personal chef events.

    We have been providing Individual packaged meals for the Washington State Health Department, King County Health Department and a local Ventilator company during the pandemic. We offer healthy nutritious meals, individually packaged for your meal service.
