Lisa is wonderful and her food is amazing! I cannot say enough about the service and quality she provides. She catered our outdoor anniversary party for 80 people. We lost our caterer a few weeks before the party, so we turned to Thumbtack where we found Red's Kitchen and Catering. Lisa worked with us to build out a custom menu that was not only delicious, but also kept us on budget. Everyone at our party complimented the food and several people wanted her contact information, thank goodness she left us some business cards! We will absolutely, without a doubt use Lisa again in the future. Thank you Lisa for helping to make our party a rousing success!

We hired Red’s to cater an anniversary dinner at our house for roughly 10 friends and family. We searches to find the right caterer to meet our needs as Vegans with nut and pea allergies, which can be challenging. Not only was Lisa able to support our dietary needs she worked with us to design a fabulous four course meal for our event. Lisa was a pleasure to work with and the food was fantastic. We look forward to using her service again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are available on each menu, per person. I can offer small discounts to other BNI members of Chamber of Commerce members.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will reach out via email with my menus attached, so we can discuss what the client likes and also to find out if there's something they would like to see. After which a phone call will take place so we can check in, and potentially arrange to meet in person for a tasting prior to booking.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cooking professionally for 20 years, I have a degree in Culinary Arts from South Seattle Culinary Academy, and I have 7 years kitchen management experience.
