FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many clients want a firm bid for their project which we encourage. Our rate of $60 per hour is competitive and covers all of our costs to keep the best handymen and women available for our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pretty simple really. Sometimes it's we sign a contract but often it's just a friendly handshake. We meet abd go over the details of the project. Usually i have a bid ready in less than 24 hours and i usually email it directly to the client. When I'm hired i get started away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to 32 years of direct hands on experience in residential construction I was trained by the very best union carpenters during four years of carpentry school and apprenticeship training right here in Seattle.
