We were having constant trouble with our PC. It was locking up, operating slowly and inconsistently, and seemed to be under attack from malware on a regular basis. We were so frustrated we were ready to simply destroy the entire unit and move on! We decided to give the PC one more shot by calling MicroNETworkS. Steven showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed everything that was wrong, and made some great recommendations for us, all within a couple of hours. He followed up within 48 hours to ensure everything was okay, and also answered a question I had a few days later (at no charge). I would strongly recommend Steven to any individual or business in need of professional IT services.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My general rate is $85/hour for business clients (pronounced PARTNERS) and $75/hour for home users. I do NOT charge for travel time or attempt to "nickel and dime" my PARTNERS. I charge only for time spent researching and resolving issues. I do charge a one hour minimum when I come on site, but I am happy to charge NOTHING AT ALL if there is an issue I can resolve in a simple 15 minute phone call. Again...you do not "soak" your PARTNERS.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I possess a BBA in Management Information Systems, backed up with over 21 YEARS of professional, hands on, field experience.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I got started in this field by choosing it as my major in college...desiring to help PEOPLE through the use of technology and technological resources. I consider myself the "Patch Adams" of the IT world.
