I found my experience with MGL home construction’s team very easy and professional. We had two projects we wanted to complete (adding plexiglass to our deck and moving some backyard stairs) before a bunch of family came into town for our wedding, and kept getting the run-around for quotes. So full disclosure, I did not compare what Tulga offered to anyone else, but we were exhausted at that point and just wanted someone who returned phone calls. Tulga was very communicative in keeping us updated. The quote was for the project, not the hours, so when complications arose (the plexiglass we wanted was sold out, etc.) Tulga worked with us to reschedule when his team could do the work. We are very happy with the result and will use them again in the future when we have the funds for more projects!

I hired MGL homes Construction three years ago to remodel my kitchen, which included demolish the entire area, removing all the debris, constructing the new kitchen, and putting finishing touches. He has great attention to detail and offered many great ideas for our remodel. I would absolutely hire Tulga and his team again! The Team were professional, courteous, and hit every scheduled date promised. Remodeling a kitchen is one of the most stressful things one can do to a home. They removed all this stress and made my kitchen look stunning, at the original cost quoted. When I wanted to change something last minute, the team did so without complaining or adding additional time to the schedule. Great guys to work with!

I hired MGL home to remove a non-bearing wall in my apartment and was very pleased with the services overall. This was a relatively small job but they agreed to take it on anyway. The work needed to get done within a short timeframe and Tuga very quickly produced an estimate and the necessary paperwork for my board's approval. The work got done quickly once the approvals were granted and I was very pleased with the quality. MGL home takes great pride in his work and this is apparent in the final result. I would highly recommend MGL home construction

I bought an apartment in an old building previously renovated by a terrible contractor. The bathroom was leaking and not up to code, so I hired MGL homes construction for a full bathroom remodeling, from cement walls to subfloor.
They did a great job! Tulga is extremely professional and he takes a personal pride in offering a great quality work. The price did not change along the way, same for the initial timeline. I am extremely please of the result!
