Chuck replied quickly for my leak fixing project, it requires opening up a small part of dry wall to fix the leaked ABS pipe and put the piece back on. He came on Sunday so that I can make sure the issue is fixed before renting my house out 2 days later. His quote (per hour) is like 1/5 of a ridiculously high quote I get from Roto plumbing and very competitive. He finished the job in just 2.5 hours, quick and clean. Highly recommended.

I did't know what was causing rain water to leak into my basement. Chuck thoroughly explained what was going on and removed and rebuilt my basement wall. Other issues were discovered and fixed so when he was done I knew I no longer had to worry about a wet basement.

Chuck is the guy who fixes things! Our school dishwasher was not draining and he was easy going and thoughtful to take the steps to make it work! No new parts needed and we are back to normal. Will call him for other jobs and you should too!

I hesitate to write this review because I intend to hire Complete Construction for some more projects. Chuck is a "house whisperer" and an excellent GC. His experience makes him an excellent trouble shooter to figure out the cause of problems. Then he solves it. Then he follows up to make sure the problem didn't come back. And he does excellent work. Highly recommended!

Most of the workers are 25 plus years in the construction field and our hourly rate per man-hour is $45. This cost covers all tools and labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers will email me or call me a few times, ask a couple of questions then typically hire me after meeting at their project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of on the job training, went to Edmonds CC for construction management course, design and drafting. Courses in Civil and structural engineering. Hold a current OSHA 30 card and Erosion control cert. Earned several awards for best in design.
