This company impressed me every day as they removed my old deck and replaced it with new decking and railing materials.The workers showed up every day and completed the project on time. From building to clean up, they were very detailed and did a very professional job. The price was exactly what was quoted and was very competitive with other bids I received. I was kept up to date on the progress and the project manager, Raman, was a very good communicator. This company has fabulous customer service. This has gotten to be so rare, I was a bit surprised. I thought, wow, they really care about their work and reputation. I highly recommend this company and wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

Raman and team did a series of medium-sized sorely needed projects for us, including new rooftop deck with corrected slope and waterproofing, new tongue and groove cedar front porch and proper weatherproofing, and basically a rebuild and re-roof of our front porch soffit/roof.The entire process from initial contact and estimate to final walkthrough and change order review was excellent. Their price estimates were very competitive and Raman is deeply outcome focused, ensuring the end result is what we discussed and expected, all in a timely manner. Final price was right in line with expectations and change orders!The team was exceptionally hard working and innovative in terms of working with the weather for a particular product like gaco waterproofing. The team was also excellent at identifying and walking us through found issues like additional rot, hard to match materials, etc, resulting in no surprises or upsets.I will definitely use Intercrus again for future projects!

I was extremely happy with the work Intercrus did on our project. We replaced our aging deck with composite decking, added a cable railing system, and also had our fence replaced. The entire process was excellent from start to finish from the initial bid through construction, the team was easy to work with, fairly priced, and worked incredibly hard to get the job done quickly. The final deck and fence turned out beautifully, and I would highly recommend Intercrus

They did a deck replacement (ipe deck with glass railing and drink rail) for us. The best thing is that they addressed any concerns we had before during and after installation (even after they were paid in full and i had a couple of small things that were imperfect, they just got fixed a few days later as if by magic). There were a couple of unexpected complications during the demolition and they did not charge extra). Of course, you all want to know what the final result was. Well, I could not have expected a better outcome. See the photos.
