We are thrilled with our new deck & patio!! We worked with Raman as the project manager who was direct, calm and thorough. He was very easy to work with and laid out all options and explained different materials well. Raman was transparent about material quality and cost.I made an error in color selection and he was quick to get it sorted and it didnt delay the completion at all. The workers were friendly and I appreciated that they left the area spotless.We received three bids. Intercrus was about the same as one of the others and significantly cheaper than the third. Their stellar reviews and Ramans honesty and transparency sold us.The process was smooth and quick (5 days of work) and we love our space! Highly recommend!!

Intercrus was a pleasure to work with. Raman was very responsive to all my questions and requests. My deck is beautiful, and much stronger than it was before. We desired to have a deck built since the old one was extremely old and falling apart. We made several inquiries in town for quotations, but Raman and Intercrus Decks gave us an extra sense of comfort. The man came highly recommended and was renowned for creativity. His men are proficient and have patiently completed the building of the two-tier deck whilst addressing our numerous concerns. The end product is magnificent. My family, friends, and co-workers are all very much in favor of the new deck. More specifically, they like the design and light package. Raman and Intercrus Decks are recommended for anyone who is seeking a new deck; you would not be let down.

Raman was very professional and helped us come up with a plan; everything pertained to a ground deck and pergola. He gave us excellent suggestions for securing our deck to the house so it wouldn't be affected by any yard movement. They finished the job in a day! They also cleaned up nicely and gave us good tips on how to finish the deck ourselves. 10/10 would recommend and hire again should a newer or bigger deck be required.

We had a great experience with Intercrus Decks as we hired them to repair the rotting railing and upgrade the balusters on the front porch. They responded promptly, provided a reasonable bid and did the repairs earlier than expected. Raman and his crew of craftsmen were professional and meticulous with their work. It looks fantastic and we will contact them again!
