- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will always do what we can to give you pricing that is competitive within the market, but also flexible in meeting your budgeting needs. We know remodeling work can be costly and that sometimes your budget may not fit within the estimates you've been given. We will work with you as much as possible to get you the work you need at the prices you want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first priority is relationship. We are always excited that you chose to contact us and we want you to trust that we are here to listen to and help you. For this reason, we offer free, on-site estimates where we will ask you questions about the work you need and we will determine the cost it will be to complete it. Should you choose us to do the job, we will then have you sign a contract and we'll get started ASAP! Customers are welcome to contact us in whatever way is most convenient for them (i.e. email, phone, text).
