This company is really a full service remodeling team. Elias and Rey redid the interior of the whole house, from framing to tile, ceilings, texture paint. I highly recommend them.

Excellent job! I am very pleased with Elias and Rey from Seattle House Remodeling. They built out a full basement bathroom and reconfigured my laundry room and the results were fantastic. They gave me a very fair bid and the quality of the work was excellent. They were also very flexible with me when I changed my mind about a few details. Great communication and all around nice guys! They did seach a great job that I asked them to install some additional flooring in my upstairs bathroom and kitchen. I would definitely hire them again!

Elias and his crew were an absolute pleasure to work with. Each day he would explain what they got done and what they hoped to accomplish the next day and they completed the job ahead of schedule; they even tried to work on Saturday until they got rained out. The job site was clean at the end of every day and Elias was quick to check in with me and ask me if I had any questions throughout the project. I’ve already talked on a few more small jobs around the property for him and have asked for another quote for another bigger project. I would absolutely hire them again and would absolutely recommend them. Very friendly, very helpful, just an all around great experience. Thank you, Elias!

Elias and his team did a great job with with what started as a drywall repair and turned into a whole house remodel after seeing their quality of work, attention to detail, timeliness and willingness to do whatever it takes to meet your expectations. They do it all - I had them install vinyl flooring, tile a shower, re-finish kitchen cabinets, install bathroom vanities including plumbing & remove popcorn ceilings and paint the entire inside of the house. Elias managed it all and was my single point of contact throughout the whole process. He was not satisfied until I was completely satisfied. I look forward to working with them again.
It was such a pleasure to have Elias and Rey redo my bathroom. They did everything from plumbing, to tiling, to new window resizing, to toilet and vanity placement. They did such a great job with the bathroom, I had them put up drywall in the living room. Time and time again, I was wowed by the final product. Best part is, they are so polite and communicative, really made this whole experience easier than expected. Thank you Elias and Rey!

We will always do what we can to give you pricing that is competitive within the market, but also flexible in meeting your budgeting needs. We know remodeling work can be costly and that sometimes your budget may not fit within the estimates you've been given. We will work with you as much as possible to get you the work you need at the prices you want.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first priority is relationship. We are always excited that you chose to contact us and we want you to trust that we are here to listen to and help you. For this reason, we offer free, on-site estimates where we will ask you questions about the work you need and we will determine the cost it will be to complete it. Should you choose us to do the job, we will then have you sign a contract and we'll get started ASAP! Customers are welcome to contact us in whatever way is most convenient for them (i.e. email, phone, text).
