I reached out to Casey about a water leak under my sink. Casey was very helpful in diagnosing the problem which was an issue with the garbagedisposal. I cannot stop but wonder why did I not find Casey sooner! He was extremely professional and an honest guy with great communication. He investigated and diagnosed the problem immediately and changed the wax rings on my toilets.He checked all other plumbing work in my house that might need attention and eventually checked the water pressure at my place as well. I charge $150 for the first 30 minutes. If it takes more than 30 minutes, I charge an additional $50. Honestly, simple drains usually take 90 minutes, there is likely a larger issue at play and we can discuss next steps.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
