Chris and Joe are a couple honest, hard working guys who want to leave you happy with their final product. When I initiated communication with them via the app, they quickly responded and arrived promptly at the scheduled time. We had multiple dry wall cracks in our house. They guaranteed a complete fix of the cracks, vs. a quick patch job, which what was done previously and the reason why it re-cracked. When providing the quote, they were clear that they don't choose the paint and leave that up to the owner to provide. Now I know why. I had to get multiple paints custom mixed at Lowes and none of they were a perfect match. This meant there was a visible difference on the paint over the crack fix vs. the rest of the wall. With that said, my one takeaway is to just let these guys quote for a complete paint job over the wall affected. It will be slightly more pricey, but look at lot better. Don't know a lot about paint? Express that to the guys and they will guide you in what type of paint to get! Trust them, they aren't trying to upsell you, only recommending what will look best. We ended up making optimizations to our dry wall project while it was going on, but it would have been a smoother and quicker process if we had agreed to a more comprehensive quote from the very beginning. I'm pleased with the work done and they were very respectful about keeping things tidy and leaving the house looking as it was before (meticulous hanging of plastic, masking, sweeping, and returning items as they were). One item I want to particularly applaud them on is how receptive they were to my questions and candid feedback. They have integrity in their work and genuinely want to leave the customer satisfied. They guaranteed their work and encouraged me to reach out if there was any issues.

I am fair about my pricing, no one should get ripped off but also I should not.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everyone is different and every job is. I go in listening to the customer, give them ideas if needed, measure the job do my bidding, and hope you like what I have to offer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to south Seattle college for 4 years to graduate from the union schooling. I did all of the union schoolings and I am a journeymen union taper. Also the past 20 years of on the job training.
