My ESL teacher can speak both Chinese and English, which helps me a lot.
She is a great ESL teacher. I have been taking her lessons for sometime now. She is very professional, and has passionate for teaching. I am from Japan, and trying to improve my English. My goal is to communicate in English smoothly, and to understand news on broadcast. Rebbeca keeps giving me appropriate text time to time, and giving me a lot of advice. I recommend Rebecca as a great ESL teacher.
Louisa is a very nice English teacher. At the beginning of Jan, I was going to have an interview, and I need someone to help me with English conversation. That's why I found Louisa. We met at a coffee shop downtown Seattle several times. She was really patient, she helped me with both general conversation and interview questions, and she helped a lot with my wording problems. I really appreciated her job.
Scotty has been, hands down, my favorite piano teacher (and, due to the vagaries of youth, I've had quite a few.) He is always encouraging, kind, and enthusiastic about my progress learning jazz. As an adult learner, there's something about jazz that brings out my inner neurotic beast, and Scotty manages to quell that monster one week at a time. He does a wonderful job teaching music theory and practice habits, and always manages to come up with a pithy analogy for learning jazz principles. I truly enjoy piano lessons with him.
Lisa has been a very supportive and motivating Spanish teacher for my girls. Not only she knows how to teach Spanish but also has unique skill of having fun while learning,! My daughter looks forward to Spanish class with Lisa and her grades have been significantly improving.
Very nice and helpful teacher
Grant tutored both my sons from Elementary school and beyond. My children caught up quickly in the areas they were deficient and are both currently in AP high school level classes. Grant is a creative teacher and always has a variety of materials to suit each child's needs. My younger son particularly liked the brain teasers and puzzle worksheets. On top of education, Grant worked on binder organization and general preparation. I highly recommend him.
Patricia is a great ESL teacher. She is very kind, generous and patient. She uses excellent teaching materials and methods that help improve both oral and written expression.
Laura is an excellent and experienced teacher. She is always patient and prepared well before the class. The post assignmnet is also very good. I like her teaching style which combines the language learning and business English. It is very useful to me.
Anjana is highly professional expert in her profession and she found my mistakes so fast and correct me. She has great knowledge in writing and reading. Anjana is a great teacher.
Minh's basically a total genius. Gave me a great intro into OChem and Physics, actually we covered all of the OChem course, the only difference is now I listen to what the teacher ACTUALLY wants to go over, but whatever he wants to throw at me, we already did. Physics was a little easier, but the problems I just straight up was like "I don't get it", but now I look at them and I'm like "I can actually solve this!"
My daughter, Sophia needed reading tutoring. Leigh helped her a lot! Sophia was very upset when we had to stop. Leigh is a wonderful teacher.
Teacher Teresa was quick to understand my children's English levels and teaches them step by step. It helps the children get interested in reading English book a lot. Thank you Teresa!!!
Teacher April is awesome. She always has answer or explanation for you. She is dedicated, and organized. she always give you homework. She is a great Teacher.
Have worked with Barbara on many writing projects over the past 20 years. She's an excellent writer, editor, and teacher! Very detailed, observant, and nuanced.
Raymond is a great teacher and linguist. He's very kind and patient, and very friendly too. His teaching method is dynamic and interesting, unlike other teachers I had before. His multi-language skills are very helpful and effective.
