- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a minimum charge of 130$ per project. We will purchase materials for the job if it is needed, but clients need to sign a contract before we are able to do this. Payment for a non material jobs is due within 15 days of the projects completion. Payment for jobs where materials have been purchase are due within 48hrs. Please do not try haggling with what we have quoted. We are happy to help come up with ideas bring down the cost of a quote, but please do not ask us to charge less for our time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It really depends on the size of your project. If we suspect that your project is going to take a while and require us to source materials, we will probably offer to provide a free consult before work begins. If you just need a bookcase put together, we will find a time that works for you to come out and assemble your furniture, hang your picture or install your TV.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All sorts. we have worked on luxury homes and yachts, classic Seattle homes, rental apartments, and retail spaces. All of the workmanship that we provide is quality, but we also try to work with our clients to determine their budget and expectations for the project before work begins. We are just as happy doing an economy job as a high-end one and will do our best to work with you to define what your priorities are for each project.
