Cindy did a great job of assessing our needs for the party and making recommendations for the menu for our group. She and Alexis arrived in plenty of time, set up a beautiful display, and prepared gorgeous food. They cleaned up as well, which was so appreciated! Our guests loved the food.

She arrived 45 minutes late. It all worked our ok and she was pleasant. The Mac n cheese was cold and took quite a while to heat - long after the party started. . The food was good, but the bread pudding was not well received. I recommend she replace that item.

Carrie - As I expressed to your assistant, I am extremely sorry that our delivery of your holiday drop off order was delivered later than we planned. This is not our typical service. Even though the items were delivered before the party started, I realize our delay added stress and that was not our intention and there is no excuse would make it acceptable. Typically we give our clients plenty of time to heat up the pasta before anyone arrives. I will pass on your comments about the bread pudding to the Chef and contact you directly to offer you some compensation for the bread pudding. I hope you will give us another opportunity to impress you.
