the busenss owner, Gal, was prompt to call back and provide me with options that worked for both of our schedules on a weekend, even shifting his windw to accomodate.
Ben came to repair a broken spring and was very clear about what needed to be done. Overall, highly recommend - honest, fair priced, friendly, and great communication = good value IMO
- talked me through how the mechanisms worked, why it broke, and what needed repair / approval for work. - fairly priced for labor and parts (based on word of mouth through friends, quick internet search, and a competitor online quote) - wanted to test and demonstrate the work was done and completed to my satisfaction - warranty on work - bonus : talked me through issues with my keypad, as well as information on current/new garage tech - He could have easily told me I needed new springs, however he was honest and said mine still had good life to them and that I did not need them.
