Had a great experience with Blancas when they installed a wall in our space! They did an excellent job—super precise, sturdy, and finished everything beautifully. The price was very reasonable compared to other quotes we got, and there were no hidden fees. They were also responsive and easy to communicate with, kept us updated throughout the process, and made sure we were happy with the results. The team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. If you need help with a construction project, I’d highly recommend them!

Blancas construction (General Contractor) was hired to replace cedar decking with TimberTech PVC deck boards. The work performed was professional and delivered an excellent finished product. Silbano trimmed the deck boards and cut out circular shapes around rail piping to perfection. Attention to details is important and Blancas construction delivererd. I certainly can recommend Blancas construction and would include Silbano’s company in any bid inquiries for upcoming work. Barabara & John

Mr. Blancas and his team did a excellent work, craftsmanship with my kitchen pantry. Shelving, Arch on pantry, pipe removing and replacing on other side of pantry so plumbing and painting so well finished and fixtures of lightning!!!! Perfection it is. Inc detailing of work like the side boards and shelf placements. I would highly recommend him. I have a detailed video and before and after pictures posted. Pls check it out.
