- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is always tailored to the scope of your project, with free estimates provided up front so there are no surprises. We’re transparent about costs, and you’ll never see hidden fees. Since we’re a newer business, we’re currently offering a 10% discount on all remodels booked before December 31, 2025. Larger projects may also qualify for additional savings, and we’re happy to discuss options that fit your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start with a free consultation to understand your goals, style, and budget. From there, we provide a detailed estimate and project timeline so you know exactly what to expect. Once approved, we schedule the work, handle permitting if needed, and keep you updated throughout the process. Our focus is on clear communication, quality craftsmanship, and making the remodel as smooth and stress-free as possible.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My roots in this trade started with countertop fabrication and installation, where I learned the importance of precision and finishing work. Over time, that foundation grew into a broader passion for general construction and carpentry — from framing and structural work to the fine details that make a remodel shine. Because I started with hands-on work in a specialized craft, I bring both technical skill and an eye for detail to every project. That experience shaped how I approach remodeling today: combining craftsmanship, problem-solving, and customer care to deliver spaces people truly enjoy living in.
