I did my garage conversion project with Melcham home. My goal was to make a office and gym room. It involves putting three new windows on existing wall, which involves temporary support of the floor above and putting relatively long header given the size of the windows, also installed glass block. then there were a break of 1-2months due to their popularity. Once his team comes back, they did electrical works as putting recessed lights and switches. they installed two interior prehung doors. they made two closets. They changed existing garage sliding door into single door, which involves removal of existing siding and new framing. lastly, they installed wood floor and did trim works and painting. In the end, they made beautiful rooms in a garage area. I highly recommend Melanie and Cham for any remodeling project. Cham was very respectful and punctual, very easy to work with. Thank you for the excellent job!

Melcham homes showed up and turned our gross bathrooms into little spa havens. We chose and bought all the material and coordinated with Melanie on installation and how we wanted things to look. They were very flexible when it came to adding or removing items to be done. The guys showed up and renovated our big bathroom with the tub in 4 days. First day demo, second day waterproofing/walls and installing tub, third day tiling, fourth day grouting and installing shower system/new faucet and making sure all the little touch ups were done. The other bathroom took a little longer with conflicting schedules on their end and waiting on the shower door. All in all it was a very smooth process and we are really stoked on the results.

Cham and the crew came to help me finish trim and other projects that needed to be completed before putting my house on the market. The home is large and the task list was larger! Cham was undaunted and happily went to work- finishing, caulking and painting trim, installing closet doors, finishing plumbing, patching/ replacing drywall and painting! It was a big job and Cham and the team had a great attitude the whole time! The end results look beautiful! I could not be happier or more appreciative of their work! I absolutely recommend them!

I had a great experience! Melanie came out and not only did she note things I had missed- mismatched hardware in the doors I wanted replaced was a great callout- but she was able to quickly set up the work to be done. The work was scheduled to be done in a week and a half, but in five days of work, the job (new banisters, chandelier move and replace, closet doors, window and closet framing, nail a vanity back into place) was effectively done- and before thanksgiving! I was super impressed, would definitely work with Melcham again.

We hired Melcham Homes to convert a loft into a bedroom. They had to construct a dry wall, add a door, put base boards, paint the inside and outside of the room and also move the location of the light switch. They did an excellent job! You really can't tell that this is a new room because it just fits seamlessly into the rest of the house. Mel was very responsive during the initial negotiation stages and once we decided to go with them, Cham and Stanley worked with a great attitude throughout the 7 odd days it took them to complete the work. They came on time everyday, did the work for that day and would come back the next day and keep going till the work was done. They had a very good attitude throughout and were very pleasant to deal with. If I had any suggestions, they would be keen to listen and implement. The new bedroom looks really nice. My son is excited about this room. It is a great addition to the house. We are very appreciative of the high quality work by this team and would definitely want to hire them again.
