Introduction: We started off as an investment group, remodeling the homes we were flipping; however, our passion for construction steered us more into the custom home restoration business, focusing primarily on remodels now of any budget. We have about 11 full restos going right now, ranging from 25 to 250k. Our kitchens can start at $15,000 and baths at $7,500.
Customers love that they can be hands off; we have a management staff of 4 UW business school graduates. You set the finish list and design with our in-house designers that complements your needs, and then it's hands off from there. There are no shady chain smokers wasting your time; we're efficient, incredibly detail oriented, and aiming to please.
We do unreasonably nice remodels for reasonable prices.
