- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices aren’t the cheapest but we also don’t work on all project. We take on projects that require a lot of good planning and work. We do have a contractors discount on tile and finishing materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our new client calls, we schedule a free consultation where we then provide a detailed estimate for the project, you can see line by line for what we charge. If the client would like to proceed we take 10% deposit to put you on our calendar and then when the demo is finished we take another 30%. During the project we have several major milestones outlined after which we usually take a smaller percentage leaving you 30% until the job is completely done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a graduate degree and internship in architectural engineering, I have also worked in construction since I was 16. Our company employs ONLY LICENSED PLUMBERS AND ELECTRCIANS.
