This was our first time hiring a contractor, and we were thrilled to have found 1st Proservice! As many of the reviews state below, they were extremely responsive from our first inquiry, and throughout our entire scope of work. We especially enjoyed working with Daniel, Rakhim and Oleg. All of the contractors who were sent to work on our project were punctual, on time and respectful. Oleg was thoughtful and helped us achieve an end result that we are thrilled with. Below is a list of projects their team helped us complete within a 7 week timeline (over the holiday season!): -Full kitchen remodel (tear down wall to create a new cohesive space) -New flooring throughout, including staircase -Build out and install fireplace and built-in surround -Replace all baseboards, window trim and install new interior doors throughout Thank you Oleg and team!

Without a doubt, the best workmen we have ever had. We could not be more happy with the quality of the work and with the final product and I whole heartedly recommend 1st Proservice, specifically the team we worked with - Rakhim and his installers. A extra special shoutout to Sorin who is not only meticulous but also patient and friendly and very very kind. Here are some highlights from our project and reasons why we recommend 1st Proservice: - they are extremely responsive and will communicate in whatever way best suits you… for us that was texting and we got responses within minutes - craftsmanship was perfect. We chose tile that was intricate and non-standard and they took on the challenge with precision and an immense attention to detail - 10/10 quality - team was flexible with our mid-project shifts and open to talk through changes - the whole project team was in-house. They have plumbers, electricians, tilers, demo, haulers - all on staff which was peace of mind. Plus everyone was so nice and friendly and very knowledgeable - reasonably priced - we received several quotes and 1st Proservice came in lower than many but more importantly their quote was true to final costs and we appreciated that greatly We plan on using 1st Proservice again for our kitchen remodel. Nothing but confidence in these guys.

We have an old two-story house and needed help installing 3 gables that we had purchased and painted several years ago. I’m fairly new to Thumbtack and wasn’t even sure I’d find someone to do this type of job. But 1ST PROSERVICE responded quickly to my work request and scheduled us within a few days. The guys did a beautiful job installing the gables! We are very happy with the results. Their work was excellent and the price was very fair.

Anton did a great job installing my new sink, faucet, and disposal. Even though the sink faucet hole didn't line up to the counter, he was able to cut a new one to install it properly. He also was able to do it quickly and efficiently. It was also for a great price.

Proposed prices might not always fit you, however we can always discuss that. Don't be shy to name the price that fits you. I am sure we can always reach an understanding.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Problem description usually describes at least 70% of the overall issue. If you are ready to provide a bigger description and more photos, I should be able to give a more precise estimate. In most cases, the estimate on the first visit is done for free. If possible, the problem will be fixed immediately
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor in sea transport engineering, as well as work experience in gas piping of two years. Fixing up bathroom or kitchen water supply systems are my hobby that I have been doing for the last 20 years.
