Our pricing is based on the size and condition of the furniture. We always provide a clear quote before starting, so there are no surprises. We offer bundle discounts for multiple items and no hidden fees — everything is included in the final price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, we start by asking a few questions about the furniture and the issues you want to address. Then we provide an upfront quote and schedule a convenient time. On the day of service, we inspect the item, explain the process, and begin only after confirming the price. After cleaning, we review the results with you to make sure everything meets your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed specialized training in upholstery and fabric care, including stain treatment, steam extraction, and safe chemical use. I also stay updated on industry standards and modern cleaning techniques through continuous professional courses.
