We started working with Simey Granados about four years ago. Since that time he has been our contractor on four or five different remodel projects of all kinds, including remodels for my daughter‘s bathroom, adding windows, doing repairs of vinyl plank flooring, perfectly, and other projects. His crew is very competent, and they do perfect work. I found his work to be very competitive and I would use him again if I had a project. He is a good communicator and has always done what he said he would for the price he committed to. I highly recommend him and know you’ll be happy with his work.
