- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price all jobs according to amount of time they will take and how much expertise is required. I d o not charge by the hour and I rarely revise my quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out as much as I can about their job over the phone, including asking for photos when necessary. I let them know if the job requires a 2nd visit I almost always return the next day.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I strarted by doing product assembly and tv wall mounts for Amazon Home Services, which no longer exists.
