- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At HTPB, we have two pricing options. You can pay by the hour ($85.00) or per the project based on a written price quotation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, we will start with a discovery phone call to match your needs with the service options best suited for your circumstances.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our team members are safety trained and they have all undergone trade skills assessments to ensure top quality projects results. Everyone at HTPB also has to participate in continuing education and professional development on an annual basis. Our owner, Ken Reusser, sets the standard in this area with over 6,000 hours of training being completed over the course of his career.
