- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When the customer reaches out, I will follow up with them to discuss their specific needs over the phone, then provide them with an estimate of costs based on our discussion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Construction Management and over a decade of experience in both residential and commercial property management.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently I worked with a client to automate their home, and had a great time doing it. We installed Brilliant smart switches, Ecobee thermostats, smart locks and a smart garage door opener. I then worked with them to tweak their settings and scenes so they can leave their house and with the touch of a button on their phone turn off their lights, lock their door and close their garage. We also set scenes so specific lights come on at sunset, turn off at sunrise and come on automatically where applicable.
