We had a leaky garbage disposal in the sink that needed replacing. Kevin was very prompt to respond and we could setup a time for the repair work easily. He also got the replacement garbage disposal setup for us and was able to replace it quickly. Thanks for the help. We will be reaching out to him again if there is any other house maintenance/repair work.

Don’t hesitate in hiring Kevin. Not a particularly handy woman myself, I’ve hired a lot of people to keep my condo in shape, and a LOT of those I hired did awful jobs, had bait switched pricing, or were so awful they required a second person to come in to fix the first’s fail.. without any refund. Kevin knows what he’s doing, and after the first session that he not only redid some of the botched work, he told me what to buy for the next time he comes AND sent a very detailed recap of visit 1, and preface of visit 2. You’re the best, Kevin, thanks in advance for a functional home!
