Although we did not do the work with K&A, I want to call out that they were great to work with. Very professional and responded in a timely manner. I’ll definitely consider them again for future work that I need.

Contractor took a week to do what should have been completed in 3 days. Poor communication on days he did not show up. The quality of the job was terrible as well, there ate gaps in the flooring that have gotten larger over time because the flooring planks were not locked together correctly or securely. He also cut the carpeting next to our dining room too short and we had to put in a patch of carpeting to cover the gap. He also left on the last day with some of our tools that her wad using because he showed up unprepared.
