I bought my carpet first and had the crew from Floor Coverings International Bellevue install it. My calculations were 2 feet short. The crew let me know and worked with me as I scrambled to get the carpet to finish the job. They were efficient, clean, and polite. My struggles continued when my Toddler knocked the crews box of Staples down the stairs. They were understanding and moved right along from my toddler's mistake.

Roger was wonderful to work with! He was easy to communicate with and listened to our needs. He was very flexible and respectful - we had a baby during the process and he was willing to schedule installation at a time that worked for us! The carpet looks great and is exactly what we wanted. The installers were professional and efficient. We would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them!

Hired them to replace the old carpet in 3 bedrooms in our house. The quote process was excellent , the installation happened on the time schedule and was really smooth. The installer made a mistake and left a tv cable inside the carpet , but after I notified them they came really fast and got it fixed . Loved the whole experience and will contact them for sure to installcarpet in the basement in the future

From beginning to end the project went very smoothly. Roger, my contact, was professional, knowledgeable and worked around my schedule. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-First we would like to know the scope of your project and what you would like done.
- Then we will measure your space and present possible options based off your specific needs.
- Next we will explain our installation process.
- Finally we will present the best possible option based of your needs and discuss payment terms.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the residential service business for 8 years providing both painting and floor installation services to customers throughout the northwest.
