- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Grief & Bereavement Support Services: We provide a range of services and programs for individuals at different fee scales that range from $95-$150/hr. For group programs, ranges are between $395-$1795, depending on the number of weeks. For Design Services: Hourly rates apply with an optional day or package rates for larger or more extensive projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Grief & Bereavement Support Services: We recommend booking a free, no-obligation 15-minute consult via the online scheduler on our website. Same or next-day consults are often available. Once we get a chance to chat and answer questions, we can fit clients to the right service or programs. For Design Services: Book a free consult and we can chat about your project scope, then determine the best way to move forward with project scheduling and budgets.
