Introduction: COACHING SERVICES: GRIEF & TRAUMA SUPPORT FOR THE HEART & MIND (Online & In-Person Sessions Available) Studio Saudade was founded to provide unique grief and bereavement support through certified coaching services, education programs, consulting, design and creative services. We guide people through the process of telling their stories to honor and commemorate lives lived and loved ones lost. Rebecca is the program designer and a licensed facilitator for the studio’s Healing From Loss programs and workshops. In addition to 16+ years in the design and creative fields, Rebecca brings 10+years of professional experience and training for end-of-life transitions, bereavement, grief and loss coaching and support. I have known Rebecca on a personal basis for over 11 years and have also collaborated with her on several professional projects. It is rare to find someone both wildly creative and also has great attention to detail and follow through. Rebecca listens attentively to the needs of her clients and adjusts her direction accordingly. If you are looking for a new idea, perspective, or design, she brings it along with warmth and professionalism. In 2018 we received a devastating diagnosis for our unborn baby. Rebecca guided our family and helped us find ways to celebrate the joy and memory of our daughter, and also cope with the loss of her in our own way. I cannot articulate how wonderful my experience with Studio Saudade has been. Rebecca truly goes the extra mile during one of life's most difficult times. From assisting my grandma in her last days and hours of life, to supporting me and my family emotionally. Rebecca also created my mother and grandmother's funeral programs, the quality of her work stands out and is the finest quality. So many people wanted to know who made the programs because her work is far superior to what funeral homes offer. I highly recommend studio Saudade, can't say enough good things about it!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Grief & Bereavement Support Services: We provide a range of services and programs for individuals at different fee scales that range from $95-$150/hr. For group programs, ranges are between $395-$1795, depending on the number of weeks. For Design Services: Hourly rates apply with an optional day or package rates for larger or more extensive projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Grief & Bereavement Support Services: We recommend booking a free, no-obligation 15-minute consult via the online scheduler on our website. Same or next-day consults are often available. Once we get a chance to chat and answer questions, we can fit clients to the right service or programs. For Design Services: Book a free consult and we can chat about your project scope, then determine the best way to move forward with project scheduling and budgets.
