Whole Life Yoga

We focus on yoga for real people! We are a community-focused yoga studio in Seattle's Phinney/Greenwood neighborhood. All classes at our studio are taught in the viniyoga tradition. Our goal is to make yoga available and accessible to all people. We focus on yoga as a way to serve an individual's unique physical condition and lifestyle, not as a means of achieving the "perfect" body or posture.
