I hired Jan at Bauhaus Home Inspection on short notice and he delivered on every front. He responded quickly, showed up on time, and gave me the best quote of everyone I spoke with.

What really stood out was how much he explained during the inspection itself. He walked me through each item as he inspected it and gave practical recommendations on how to maintain the appliances and other major systems year to year to extend their life.

He also promised the report the same day and delivered it by midnight, exactly as he said he would.

If you're looking for a home inspector, especially on a tight timeline, I'd recommend Jan without hesitation.

We honestly couldn't be happier with our experience! Jan did an absolutely outstanding job with our home inspection and exceeded our expectations in every way. His attention to detail was truly impressive. He went through the home so thoroughly and pointed out every single detail, big or small, making sure nothing was overlooked.

He took an incredible number of pictures and documented everything clearly, which made it so much easier for us to understand exactly what he was seeing and why it mattered. He took the time to explain his findings, answer all of our questions, and share his knowledge and expertise throughout the entire process. You can genuinely tell that he knows what he's doing and takes great pride in his work.
