Introduction: We offer home staging services in the greater Seattle area. Our commitment to our customers is to provide exceptional customer service, unique styling tailored to each home, and flexible scheduling.
Our vacant home pricing starts at $1,295 and fully furnishes a living room, dining room and master bedroom with light staging in the kitchen and bathroom. We do not have a minimum rental period other than the first month which is included in the install price. Other rooms can be added at an additional fee.
We also offer executive rental services, which will provide everything you need to lease a fully furnished rental, and take advantage of the hot rental market.

Lisa was incredibly professional, and knowledgeable. The redesign of my house went smoothly, down to the last detail. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to "stage" the house that they live in!

We used Simply Gracious to get our house updated before our second baby was born. Lisa helped us transform a "catch-all" room into a beautiful baby room and we are so grateful. She also helped oversee the redecorating of our master bedroom and another bedroom. Lisa is organized and well-connected. (She helped us find a great painter!) She's honest, creative, and has incredible follow through. We'll use Simply Gracious again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for staging, re-design or simply...new & fresh ideas!
