- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on $45 per hour per cleaner. For deep cleanings and move-in/out services, we charge hourly. For the first regular cleaning, we provide an approximate price and then offer a fixed price for subsequent regular cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new clients, we ask for the size of the square feet and the number of bathrooms, as well as the type of cleaning required and its details. We then provide an approximate cleaning cost and agree on a date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My wife and I have been working in the cleaning business for over three years, and despite the dynamic growth of our company, we continue to clean our clients' homes, bringing cleanliness and care to their homes.
